Stunning very central location very close to cheerful people -- as well as bar / food service right to the beach as well as the stunning beachfront. I ate in the indoor restaurant nearby. My double room with a big balcony and unbeatable view plus a very comfortable bed & linens was stylish and spotless. The breakfast selection was absolutely fantastic with an omlette station.

Was at this hotel in the same period in 2011. There's something to compare it with. Returned here, because a very convenient location (by the sea, to the city by cable car 5 min.), next to the reserve Isola Bella. Private beach with free sun beds and towels. Close by railway, but trains do not interfere. The level of the hotel is decent. Delicious and varied breakfasts. The room has a capsule coffee machine and drinking water. The rooms are spacious with wonderful sea views. Live music in the evenings. From what has changed - cleaning 2 times a day (instead of one), changed the entire staff and interior. SPA center is wonderful, as well as last time, though expensive. Special thanks to the masseuse Valerie - a professional and very pleasant person.

Prices are very high (inadequate service). At this cost, you expect a slightly different level of service. From the most unpleasant moments - unwashed sellers of beads, textiles, massage services, which all day long walk on the beach and pull the tourists. The staff of the hotel, despite the requests, they are not chased away. Although the beach area is private. The rest in small details: 1. In rooms towels, drinking water, bath trivia are changed/added at the discretion of staff (new change - new rules). 2. In the bath failed to make the entrance, traumatically dangerous. Part of the entrance is blocked by a partition, the surfaces are slippery, there is nothing to hold on to. Handrails are only for sitting position. 3. Taxi from the airport - a pleasure expensive (100 euros), in advance found out from the concierge conditions. The problem is that you are not informed immediately everything Already after the reservation you will find out about the fines for flight delay (50 euros for each hour). Which, of course, is not correct. 3. In general, the idea of fines is present in all services. Including in case of cancellation / rescheduling of spa procedures. It is clear that the hotel must somehow eliminate such risks. But the very form of filing - when the price list is detailed and colorful penalties, causes a desire not to apply for services. This information is more for working on mistakes.

Best possible location so close to the cable car to the town or local markets and restaurants. Comfortable bed in a double room with a mini-fridge bar, an individual safe, and air conditioning.

Everything, the most remarkable is the enclave in which it is located, the views from the room incredible, the staff friendly and very attentive, the unbeatable breakfast, with a lot of variety and gastronomy of the area and on the terrace by the sea. A 2 minute walk away is the funicular that leads directly to the centre of Taormina. Near the hotel there are several restaurants that are good and well priced

We wanted to cancel the reservation two weeks before the trip but we had missed the free cancellation date (our mistake). We wrote to the hotel in case they let us cancel, even if there was a penalty, and they told us that if we canceled they would charge us 90% of the room. Given that it is a 5 star hotel and that we gave notice in advance they could have been more flexible. Finally they compensated us, as we were travelling with a baby and they changed us to a bigger room for the same price. However, we were so pleased with the hotel that the cancellation was an anecdote.

On the whole, we liked it very much :). hotel furniture is "under the old times", in general very cozy, clean venue, clean, thought over, with friendly staff (many Russian speakers), wonderful verandas and views. Feeding a little monotonous, all fresh and delicious. Delicious snacks and cocktails at лобби±аре. Pure comfortable separate beach, sea is clean (but careful - there are jellyfishes), very small... Close by och is the beautiful town of Taormina (we went up the hill on foot, in 5 minutes there is a cable car) - there you can go for a walk, have a snack, a delicious Italian meal. you can walk along the coast

Very small bay. if you like to swim directly into the sea, you will not be able to - meters after 70 buoys, there are boats. that is, it's more about lying on the shore, a little chatting, ... I understand that a private beach - it's generally rare, but better understand what it :)

Enjoyed a comfortable 5-day stay in a suite here and had a great time.

I Liked the location, the service was very good, the staff was very helpful, but the hotel itself is shabby and defenetly not 5 stars.

The room was very clean, and we loved the beautiful bathroom; the location was perfect, just a short walk to the bay and shops.

Its position; the sea view rooms' outlook;

excessive charges for internet; very poor outlook for non sea view rooms; large influx of a certain nationality that does not bode well for the hotel; Rooms not very well cleaned;

Beautiful hotel. Luxury property. Dancing in the evening to live music on the terrace...it doesn't get better than that!

The accommodation had a very central location on the rather gorgeous patio area. No reason to complain, overall it’s beautiful place with very welcoming staff at the reception desk.
